Although every release cycle from Callaway Golf has its own new main naming convention, Triple Diamond has begun to take a life of its own since its inception. Born from the primary of creating a Tour driven driver which would garner the brand more play and wins, its evolution since then is a story that […]

Shocked that 9* is the lefty option! Having the 10.5 usually be the option, seeing a change is pretty neat! I am also interested where the Max draws in with how much the Core seemed to fill that spot this year.

Great write-up @Jman . Boy this is a pretty exciting release with a slightly larger head. I really hope they have all the heads on the fitting carts so you can really experience before you upgrade in order to get the right head that matches your swing.

If Callaway does the 2X trade-in promotion this year, it is going to be very difficult to resist upgrading again.

The Ai Smoke TD Max is so good and it’s sweet that the Elyte TD Max is following!!

LOVE that there is a LH option! Unicorn driver as someone who has loved the paradym TD.

My gut feeling is that these will be incredibly popular.

With having 3 different triple diamond options Callaway is really setting the bar high…the TD Max was a craze last year and I feel like everyone is going to be jumping on board again. The extra 10cc they gain I feel like doesn’t sound like a lot but will be really valuable to the design team

The AI Smoke TD Max sold out pretty quick both releases, so I'm wondering if this will be the same. Glad to see it as an option again, and I'll have to see if I can find one to swing.

Another happy lefty here! As someone who could use the help getting spin down but also wanting forgiveness this seems fantastic! Question will be how long for stores to have a lefty head to try

This looks really nice!

Great article @Jman !!! These look so darn good!!!

Been waiting for this one. Extremely interested.

This intrigues the hell out of me. Not the least of which being, what is the performance difference between the TD, TD Max and the Elyte standard? I imagine these all fit into a continuum but there's such a range that it would be cool to see where all the various options fit in.

Callaway certainly seems to have every possible golfer covered with this lineup!

Took the words from my mouth. I know a bunch that have been asking about this.

Wow, this release along with the Mini is going to make me lose sleep. I haven't upgraded from my Ai Smoke yet, because I haven't decided with Elyte head to go with. Now there's this one and the Mini to consider. I'm not considering the draw bias options as I can't imagine how bad my miss would be with one of those - haha.

Hold that thought.

It should be noted in this graphic that the spin variance and spin variance between them is not thousands of RPMs or 10mph or anything like that. Subtle starting points and shaping differences to have options.

Interesting no 8* option for this or the TDx2

Thanks dude! Super intriguing that the standard Elyte is the LOWEST spin option in the lineup.

I am going to have to spend some time hitting this line for sure.
Beat me to it. That is so interesting that theoretically the lowest spinning model is the core? Guess I need to hit the core too!

It seems rare to make the core the lowest spinning model especially compared to the TD line which is their low spin/low trajectory line (unless I'm mistaken?). this makes @Jman's comment about how similar the initial 3 offerings are compared to the smoke family make more sense

Very cool seeing this come out and I like having plenty of options.

Very clean looking club, options for everyone as well.
