Callaway Quantum Fairway Woods: The Evolution of Speed and Playability

So the 9 is non adjustable, is the 7 also not adjustable?

I only have the 5 which is, just used it today and thought it was a solid club
Correct. Only 3 and 5 are adjustable.

Thanks I am going to use the 5w a bit more before I decide to add another club, between this and the 4hy OS I have most things covered, still wonder if I should have gone max D but so far the standard 5w is working well
The standard Quantum 5w is definitely not fade biased. I’m pretty sure it’s mildly draw biased, just not nearly as much as the Max D.

The Quantum 3W is the best 3W I’ve played. Forgiveness and distance. I am optimistic about its stickiness in my bag long term. Might be the one FW that i just hold until it decomposes.

Also - my Elyte 7w is my favorite club, and is fixed hosel. I wouldn’t adjust it if I could. In fact all my adjustable clubs are just set at N/S right now now and have been all year.
I really need to try a 7 wood..

Yeah man I’m looking that way myself.

You’re an enabler 😆
May be time to sell off some stuff. This morning has been expensive on things that I’m seriously considering

I have some credit at the local place I may put to use. It’s not enough but it’s gonna help a bit. Just need to decide between this one and the mini spinner 7w

Oh both fun options!

Every round I use them, I love my Quantum fairway woods a little bit more. They are just absolute money as approach clubs—hitting greens and stopping where they land.

Look at this absolute missile I hit into the green from 170 yards with the 9W this morning. It just hit and stopped six feet from the hole. A perfect approach.

My GIR and approach game have really made some positive gains since bringing the Quantums into the bag last month. That beautiful approach led to a birdie too!

And don’t worry, I repaired the pitch mark.

I just need to have a day set aside to visit Edwin Watts!
That’s my Thursday now that the wife and kids are back at school/work 🤣

Good for you!
My wife gets those days multiple times a week for some reason then I’m having to literally sneak away on the weekends that she’s off work lol I am jealous

Only used this once today. Had an uphill 234 playing 250 and was pin high off the green to the left. Its firmly in the bag and I'm not going to swap out for the rest of the season. I can play this club due to its forgiveness

Is this 3 or 5 wood?
Either way heck of a shot from the sounds of it!

Ripping back balls with the fairway wood! Nice job!

Wonderful shot! I keep coming back to the idea of a high lofted fairway wood and posts like this only confirm that I should do it.

Say hello to my “little” friend. This beauty showed up last night. I took advantage of the 2X trade in. I love the 5 and 7 why not add the 9? It’s paired with a Linq PC white 8x like the others. So hoping this is the 200yd club I’ve been looking for. I’m putting a WellMXS super on it this morning, I’ll have it in play this afternoon.View attachment 9455588

I went all in with the trade-in bonus and have 5, 7, 9, and 11W now in the Quantum, and boy, they are good, especially the 9 and 11 on shots into the green.

Here is one with the 9w from 175 Yards today - just loving how great a decent angle I can get with these and get them to hold greens
The 9W is my fav club. JRod from Callaway gave it the name "The Devine 9" after I hit it a few times in California.

Yep there is no way a 5 iron makes it back in my bag with that wonderful 9 w as option
