I actually love this idea, but with some caveats:
You know those child leashes they use on toddlers? All four riders will be required to wear adult versions of these that are attached to the cart. They would be bungies stretchable to about thirty yards. The cart will only stop for small fixed intervals in the fairway, and then depart, ready or not.
The thought of guys tumbling down the fairway in tow would offer sufficient entertainment to offset the slow play.
Count me in (as a spectator).
