What kind of wild spin was this. 2nd shot into par 5 185ish yards. Ball hits just over left edge of bunker kicks right into bunker makes a half moon trip around bunker. No trick photography here 6C9D98DD-F728-4F15-886A-EF904488D332.jpeg

lol that's some wicked spin.

If I was a betting man, just going off the cuff, I would say the shot was caught thin with a slight over the top move, creating serious spin on a tilted axis. Resulting in the ball hitting on the left side and spinning like a top over to the other side.

I’m going with there is a snake living in that hole where your ball ended up.

BTW I want to know what happened on the next shot because that lie is no bueno.

Well if we can concur that a snake lives there would a player get a free drop. Pretty sure Bryson would lobby for such decision.

There's no way that ball did that. Had to be a snake.

Possibility but ball flight in air didn’t really show that. Ball hit into Bermuda grass before going into sand. May just be one of those mysteries.

My guess was there was Sidewinder Rattler that grabbed your ball and that I wouldn't reach out to grab that ball.

Cut that ball open. There's a Genie inside trying to escape.

Maybe there's a mexican bean in the ball? :D

Mark that into the "things you don't see every day" column!

What kind of ball? Do you usually see a ton of spin?

hit with a Cobra wedge, obv. lmao

If that was really a ball, I’m going to say it defied the laws of physics. Rolling up hill after using up its accumulated backspin rolling down. Otherwise, it’d have to be wildly lopsided.

That is wild! And where it ended up... whoa!

My guess is the next shot was a free drop due to the ball being in an animal burrow.

It's physically impossible for a ball to move side to side like that whilst travelling in an arc.

The ball may have gone in the bunker but there's no way it took that route. 100% a small snake track that was there before the ball went in there.

Hmmmm seems like some wicked sssssspin

All I know is that ball hit into Bermuda on left side of bunker just above where track started. Maybe the damn snake took ball with him. Either way it makes for a cool pic.
