If it is only one then it has to hot sauce.

Mustard is more versatile for me so I'll go with Mustard. I think I only use ketchup on fries so...bye bye
 
Save the mustard. Babyback wet rub. BBQ sauce base. Sandwich condiment, very versatile.
 
Ketchup or Catsup
 
Ketchup and ranch were easy tosses in the garbage forever, but damn it’s a tough choice between hot sauce and mustard.

I love mustard, but I think ultimately hot sauce wins out because I use it on more things than mustard.

Mustard easy choice. It’s the most versatile condiment.

It (or any of its variants) can literally be used on anything that’s considered condiment friendly foods.

I'll eat a burger with no ketchup but a hot dog (or Brat) without mustard? cant do it.

Now all i have to do is figure out what the heck i'm going to put on tater tots....
 
It's easy to remove catsup and salad dressing for me, but hot sauce and mustard are tough! I'm keeping all hot sauces.

Hot Sauce! So many too choose from, but if I chose 1....Rogue Moruga Blood Orange Scorpion Pepper Sauce

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, Blood orange concentrate, pears, applesauce, Scorpion peppers, brown sugar, Jolokia peppers, Red Serrano peppers, lime juice, ginger, garlic.
