baked potato please.... as long as butter and/or sour cream are still available in this sad, sad, spud limited world we would find ourselves in....
 
Give me french fries. I can do without the rest, though mashed potatoes would be missed.
 
I love them all, but if I had to choose just one to die, it would be French fries.

I have to pick french fries. The applewood smoked fries at the Black Sheep in Springfield, MO might be the best single bite of a potato I've ever had. Hate to give up mashed and home fries, but it's worth it. Baked potatoes are the absolute worst form of potato. If you have to submerge it in a bunch of crap just to make it edible, that says a lot.
 
French fries all day and it's not even close.
 
If I have to choose, it would be fries. It would have been easier if you'd have aske to eliminate one and keep the rest. Then I would have chosen home fries.
 
Well, I guess since Hash Browns aren't on the list.

French fries .... But only if cooked in lard or peanut oil so they are crispy

Now you did it. Next thread, eliminate 3 of the best 4 frying oils.
 
Baked potato. Tastes better. I also get the added $$$ savings from not having the bypass surgery from the frying oils
