You’re not! Mayo on a bacon sandwich would have you locked up in the Tower of London in the UK! HP sauce of nothing on a bacon sarnie!!!!

Yep. Mayo is an abomination on bacon. Unless it's a cold BLT.

But sadly "real" HP sauce is not available easily here in North America! It has a completely different taste over here.

Luckily I’m in an area with a few expats so I can get it relatively easy. I haven’t noticed a difference in flavor here, but then I’ve been gone 8 years from the motherland, so that could be the case.
