Cobra 3DP Tour Irons

Really am in love with these and my goodness COBRA does make easily some of the best making irons. I stand by the COBRA AMP Cell Pro being my favorite of all time, but these if I ever do own them may take that spot.

thankfully most of the local spots have demo heads, just be warned, it’s a great experience that may harm your wallet
 
Really wish their stock iron shafts were a better selection. There are so many better or shall we say different graphite selections out there. Cough cough ... UST MAMIYA DART :ROFLMAO:
 
Looking forward to seeing these in person and getting to hit them.

PGASS has the Darts as a no upcharge graphite option. In talking to a couple of the stores around here, they will do the same thing as a price match on a 3DP order.
Talk about a freaking killer combo!

Finally had the chance to hit my set after the long Michigan winter… first round in months and temps in the 40’s to start. I was super impressed with distance I was seeing. I think I could be a club longer with these in the bag coming from KT and dabbling with MP 243’s. IMG_3794.jpeg

Was confused for a hot minute.
Must have missed that you went back to Michigan.

Either way, love that you got these outdoors!
 
Another day, another couple rounds, even more of these irons letting me get away with that which they should not.

My iron swing is garbage that has been heated at the moment, its just injuries and rust, which I'm trying hard to play through it right now...its that annoying cycle.

BUT, my favorite with these is just how much I can get away with on the low strike. Because of the back injury, I'm a little bit picky with an iron at the moment (I absolutely HATE this) so I've been wearing lower on the faces out.

Even there, the distance is good, the flight is higher than I expect, and things are super playable.

I have so much fun with these irons.

The forgiveness on the low strike would be right in my wheelhouse.
I mean if fun means being able to get away with garbage swings, I would like to partake! Soon I hope!

Met up with a buddy at a local shop this evening so he could find a driver.

I think while these are insane (for specific reasons), the King Tec might be the iron of the year for Cobra. Those things are STUPID easy to hit.
