This is exciting to hear - my miss is thin as well so the lower CG could be a winner for me.As someone that misses thin more often than not the Tours have been a revelation.

I don’t think I would have been able to resist! At least until the first time I caught one thin and lost all feeling in my handsI just fondled them. Windchill is below 20F blowing right into unheated bays
I was tempted, but I looked out the windows right as a gust blew a ton of snow that would've been directly in my face.I don’t think I would have been able to resist! At least until the first time I caught one thin and lost all feeling in my hands
Yes going a couple degrees weak would certainly help me or I could just be a Tour or MB guyCould slight loft adjustment lifting up slightly help that. Or are you a 3DP Tour guy.
That is a viable option for sure.Yes going a couple degrees weak would certainly help me or I could just be a Tour or MB guy
Sole and blade length maybe a smidge bigger on the 3DP?Can’t remember who asked but here is the Tour next to the Ai150 (left is 3DP).

Smidge yes (Ai150s are quite short). Top line was identical to me.Sole and blade length maybe a smidge bigger on the 3DP?
@Pops - grabbed this screen of the CC review. This is SUPER interesting - X had more spin and height compared to Tour, with same carry.

I think it’s an interesting data point but you won’t know if it works for you until you see a fitter. As others have noted, there are some CG differences between the irons so launch could be different based on a players swing. Those numbers on the X look very interesting for me. I am about 77 mph right now with the 7iron and I could use a bit more launch. I am going to have to hit them when I get time. I think it is interesting that the X launches lower but has a better descent angle and more spin.

I never claimed to make good decisions when it comes to golfI was tempted, but I looked out the windows right as a gust blew a ton of snow that would've been directly in my face.
He’s an MB guy! You heard it here first folks.Yes going a couple degrees weak would certainly help me or I could just be a Tour or MB guy
For those that currently play an MB may be very surprised with these. Won’t be long and a few sets should start to arrive is my guess. They are spectacular in hand.Looking forward to seeing the MBs and comparing to my current MBs.
I’m guessing that each of us may have different results number wise. Looking forward to more people getting these in hand. Myself included. Those numbers on the X look very interesting for me. Amazing how similar they look for seemly being such different irons. Blurring the lines of ”SGI” and “Blades”They had all 3 heads available. X is on the left, Tour, and then the MB

Not a ton of difference. They had all 3 heads available. X is on the left, Tour, and then the MB

I am guessing the larger difference is the toe to heel length.Amazing how similar they look for seemly being such different irons. Blurring the lines of ”SGI” and “Blades”
InterestingJust got done with hitting at GG. I hit a 3DP based iron, but it sure didn't look like these so it looks like more goodies are coming
2 seasons ago with TM Burner+.So for all those interested or maybe wanting to play the X, when was the last time you played an SGI if ever?
I had the Cobra S3 Max irons. That may be the closest thing to SGI I ever played... and they were!2 seasons ago with TM Burner+.
