Cobra F9 issues

I hit a drive, heard a crack, and this is what my F9 looks like. Similar to issues experienced by others. CS responded immediately to request, provided prepaid FedEx label. Waiting on replacement/decision from CS. I got lucky...exactly 11 months, 2 weeks from purchased new date.
