First thing the CBX irons are cast & the 585's are forged, I think. Has any CBX owners tested the Srixon 585 irons for comparison?

i like to think of the CBX as being the 355 replacement.

I'd be curious to see how they compare. The CBX is essentially a Srixon Z355 replacement but they do share some of the same characteristics in the sole. I'm probably a better fit into the CBX myself but the Srixon have been known to be extremely forgiving for what is considered by many to be a mid handicap iron.

The CBX is far from a 355 replacement. It's more of a cast 585.

I have hit both. I currently have a set of cbx irons and z565's, and have hit the z585 a ton on launch monitors. I'll put some pics up in a few comparing the 565 to the cbx. The profile and feel (to me) are pretty comparable between the 565 and 585 with the 585 maybe being slightly more forgiving on mishits. And between the 565 and cbx... they both really dang long. CBX is lofted slight stronger though. I like them both. I just prefer the feel of a forged iron personally. For what you can pick up a set of cbx irons for though, they're hard to beat.

the CBX and M CGB are the only irons that I've tested that have kept up with the c200 when it came to distance and height

Man I love the look of the sole on the CBX. That font is just great!
