I had a great time this weekend, but honestly, chilling on the deck and BSing was up there. 6 Dudes, all strangers, all comfortable and happy with each other right away. Really made a great weekend even better.

Careful what you ask for, it is not beyond me to hop in the car and drive 24 hours.
 
1 funny moment from the weekend, time4tim ArmyGolf tequila4kapp KCSmitty and I all shared an 850 square foot house that somehow ended up working great. Saturday morning while we we waiting for everyone to shower, Army says he found some Grandaddy truvis balls in his garage and if I would want want. I said yes very emphatically, and he went to his bag and grabbed me one.

It was a big deal and I gave him as heartfelt of a thank you as my bitter self can give, I mean I was really freaking touched. Cut to maybe 3 hours later and Finley/AJ have brought literally hundreds of the same ball and told all of us lucky participants to fill their bags as they are not going back to Carlsbad with them.

Really nice of Curtis to literally give me the last of an extremely rare item only for it to them magically be given away by the dozen later that day.

NX9. Seems to be a good upgrade from the NX7, which I read lots of good about.

Mine came in Saturday while we were in CDA. Took it out of the box and messed around with it at home a little.

Looking forward to using it this weekend.

Are you happy with it so far? I've never had a rangefinder so this is something I want to get right...
