Course Polos?

I realized today that more than half all of my golf apparel are course polos from different places I travel to. Are you a course polo wearer?
 
I am very guilty of this - I’m usually trying to limit logo polos to truly special places. It’s gotten out of hand recently and need to reel it in a bit 😂
 
Yes - most of mine are from a course. Many from my home course.
 
Sure am... have Ballyhack, GrayBull, & the Hideaway ones in my normal rotation. Only regret is not buying one @ Briggs cuz I was too fat then. Might have to have someone grab me one or try and find my way back.
 
Absolutely. Wearing a polo with the course logo of somewhere I’ve played and enjoyed always brings back good memories when I put it on.
 
I only have a few, but they see the most wear.
 
I’d say my split in the closet is probably 50/50 course logo vs non.

That’s me. Grabbing it off the banger immediately gives me the memory
 
I have quite a few but less than half. For now. I try to limit them to special courses so they don’t overwhelm the closet.
 
I only have a couple, and from special courses. Then I tend to not want to wear them and ruin them. I buy more for my wife and others now than for myself.

I’m usually the guy that likes to buy clothes when they are on sale, but will splurge when visiting somewhere special like The Hideaway or Ballyhack.

90 (non) / 10 (course) split for me.
 
I am a non-course polo guy. I usual buy a hat and or a ball marker from courses I play
 
I have a few, I'm a sucker for them if the course has a really cool logo or is special to me for some reason. I agree that it brings back the memories when you put one on.
 
Of course. Love course polos.
 
One caveat - if your logo isn’t good, I’m passing on the pro shop purchase. Looking at you True Blue and Caledonia. Excellent courses, horrible logos.
 
Yes. I get 1 at every course that I feel is worth it

The 3 I have are

Ballyhack
Pinehurst
Tobacco road
 
Always. New course, new polo.
 
Not all mine are but if I've been there I try to pick one up. If I haven't been there is a non starter for me, I won't buy it.
 
If it’s a special course or I go there for a special reason I will always get a polo.
 
I don’t play travel golf enough and the courses I play don’t stock smalls often enough.
 
I have a couple from Arborlinks, and a couple from my home course...............the rest are just gereric polos.
Hoping to add to the course polos this year 🤞
 
I have a few, but a couple of things have to stand out…. The logo and the experience. Otherwise I may just pickup a souvenir ball marker or maybe a towel.
 
It has to have Appeal. Not gonna buy just for Logo.
