That looks like the series that was on about Susi Air. A load of pilots go out there to fly for them and build up there hours for their commercial licenses. You can see how Indonesia has some of the least safest skies on the planet LOL

Yep, that's the one. I had never heard of Susi Air, nor realized the conditions. Crazy, crazy stuff.
