After all his struggles with both injuries and form, constantly getting mentions in "worst major winner ever" lists, coming back from ~450 in the world to win the Race to Dubai event (Molinari won the overall title, obvs.) over a pretty strong field, and he gets tumbleweeds.

I'm a little surprised (but not entirely surprised, if I'm honest).

I'm pleased for him, personally.

Yup I've got to agree.

He had a tough time after The Masters win, the shift in focus for him and the attention he would have got off the back of that very obviously shook him.

Really pleased to see him back playing well - he's definitely been building up to the win in the last few months.

I did search but didn't see anything.
Really deserved victory, I've followed him through the downs and he's worked hard to get it back.
Some really emotional victories the last couple of weeks on the European Tour.

Amazing what playing pain free can do for you.

Good lad, hard worker & not his fault Spieth decided to rinse a couple in Rae’s creek. Hopefully the beginning of a long and pain free, successful run of golf.

I’ve always thought DW backed into his Maters Win. Glad he won a few weeks back but I still think he is one of the rank and file on his tour. Not a world class player in my opinion.
