Noticed people worried about battery drain on phone from apps. I noticed carts at my course have USB outlets so I keep a cord to charge phone. Another person in our group has a heated coffee cup that he plugs in. Does your course have chargers, and what do people plug into it?

Mine does. Yes.

Never seen one before, but would like to see it!

Not that I can recall. You think we would see more of this.

My golf cart does though.

The course’s do as does my cart. Plug in the phone when it needs it.

Our course does, it’s pretty nice feature

Yes, mine does. It is nice to have when you need it.

So far, I’ve only seen them on carts with GPS or info screens. I presume they use them to update the onboard computer and can be ‘appropriated’ to charge stuff. The first ones I found were covered up inside the passenger side well.

I would imagine if my county courses ever got them they would likely charge us $$ to use them.

A couple of the ones I play at do. Maybe 3 actually. So about half. I bring my own charging bank though. Get your identity stolen and you get a little wary of public ports for data devices.

Mine does ...

Some do but I never use them. Always charged up beforehand.

Yep they do

Our course has them. GPS and built-in Bluetooth speakers too.

Mine does not.

Yup and Bluetooth speakers.

Yes. Most people use them for either their phones or for speakers.

Yup 2. One for the phone and one for my speaker. Really helps

I didn't even know this was a thing!

I use a push cart and keep a battery bank in one of the 555 pockets of my Sun Mountain C-130. They sell a bag with a battery built in too!

No, and it PMO, I want to plug my phone, use the apps, yada yada yada..
What does that do to daily run time on the cart?
