Do you feel like you are playing the best putter for your game right now?

I can not imagine a better putter for me, than this 2018 model... it is so good. The Scotty Fastback 1.5 comes close since the both of them have the same swing weight and the same head weight with the weights I installed.

Wow.... I'll go even a bit more vintage...

I discovered the Ping B60 a few years ago, and bought one (guy said it was purchased new in 1983 - okay, fine). I had the grip replaced with a PP58 Pingman full cord grip, and it transformed the old 1983 putter into something "magical". I don't know, I don't get it, I don't understand it, but it has a FEEL to it that no other putter has! This old stainless steel B60 will be in my golf bag until I depart this wonderful planet of ours!

I also have 2 B65 Ping Putters - the B putter is the Bees Knees.

Yes. I have the Max Stripe. I've been CS for a while and also have a JB S2S but I align much better with the Max Stripe. If the new insert from the new tri-hot migrated to my shape I might take a flyer on it

Just put the Toulon Formula 90 in the bag. Have never been more confident in a putter. Do my answer is YES.

Yes.

And at the same time

Never.

I'd like to think I am, done some jumping around and experimenting the past year or so, and ended up back to what I was playing before (just a newer version).

Let's see what Odyssey releases next week

I share your sentiment. Toulon’s 90 style putters might be a hidden gem.
It was the easy pick after a day checking out nearly all the ZT or low torque options.

Man, that's a great question. I really like my current putter but really wonder if a zero torque would provide better results. There's something about rolling the new Rossie ZT and Spider ZT that just feels right.

Probably, but doesn't stop me from looking around at others that may be better.

Nope. You've played with me...it's not just a clever screen name...lol.

That's why I have a $500 Scotty blade sitting in the corner now while I game a 20 year old 2-Ball mallet that I got for $30.

Putter is #1 replacement on my agenda this year, and I will probably get fitted for it before I drop another $500+. Eliminating excuses sucks, but I want to get better.
I would not drop $500 on a putter, but that is just me! No judgement here! Never got it in my head with golf equipment that the most expensive is necessarily the best!! I would look at the most expensive, figure out it's attributes, and find those in a much less expensive version, of which there always is something out there. Like buying a generic product, where you know its the same as the name brand.. Sometimes you don't find the lesser version, but price is a factor when I purchase golf equipment. I figure the amortization over 10 years. This is not the final decision, as sometimes the initial outlay is a little stiff for me! But, I get it with those that have deep pockets, or just don't care what it costs to play fine equipment.. I play a first gen. Cleveland HB SOFT 11c, which I payed $130 brand new, at Cleveland Golf online, after trying similar putters at PGASS.. As far as better putting, all I can offer you is "practice, practice, practice"! I think the setup, stroke, speed, and reading the line are more important than the putter you use! Spend if you will, but on lessons instead of wasting it on another putter, or a fitting!! My 02...

Yes, couldnt be happier.

Definitely gave this a lot more thought the last 24 hours and I think my new putter could be right in line with what I should be game. Kinda going back to what I had been playing prior to hopping on the ZT train.

Yes, I do. Got fitted this past summer, first time doing a putter fitting. Ended up choosing a Ping Anser D. My lag putt distance control improved immediately and continues to be the reason I rarely 3 putt any more. Anything within 6 feet I’m confident will go in. The weight, feel of the face and look at address just feel right for me. Very happy.

I feel really good about the S2S Tri-Hot #7. Great feel, roll, and easy to get it on my line.

Absolutely. With the jailbird cruiser I have absolutely become a much better putter.

After a fitting, I feel pretty good with my putter. Now it just comes down to consistency in my technique.

I think so. It’s a complete guess but despite being in a perfectly fit putter before making the switch I feel like I’m putting better. More putts are scaring the hole from longer distances and lags are still good.

Maaaaayyyyybbbbbbeeeee 😀🤐

Yes! As of last year, I could not be putting any better! My Cleveland HB SOFT 11c is a great putter! Get your line, figure the speed, make your putt! Looking forward to the season starting!

Ordered a grey Tokyo B. Mizuno sent a silver Tokyo S. I kept it anyhow and have been making a lot more long putts than normal. It is the best for my game of recent. .

Yes I am! Absolutely

Yes, Yes, and Yes.
Loved my Spyder Tour but with short Shaft and unable to pick up Ball I was standing up too soon after Stroke. Found this in our Market and bought it. Longer Shaft and it can pick up Balls. Never rolled this Putter so took a chance. Got lucky. Stable thru Swing, longer Shaft allows me to stay down and rotate my Head after Strike to follow Ball. Perfection

Never been fitted for a putter. Self taught golfer for the msot part and putting consistency has always been a struggle. Lessons more than a putter would help me. So ill say my Wilson The L putter is the best I've used thus far for my game. Also stayed in the bag the longest sooo
