Do you tee on par 3's

Jack has always been an advocate for using a tee whenever you can.
So do you tee on on par 3"s? Seems the why on using is obvious, but if you don't, why not?

Yep, I keep a 1-1/2" tee in my pocket for this.

I always have used a tee but I’m going to experiment with not using one. I seem to have a little bit of a mental block where as soon as I tee it up with iron, I tried to guide a perfect shot out there. I lose a little bit of my focus on a good swing and focus more on a good shot which causes me problems.

If I played a really manicured course I would consider going no tee. Really short par 3s I go back and forth on whether I should hit off a tee.

Generally speaking I use a tee but there are exceptions.

Why do you want a lie that's sticking up off the ground when you're hitting an iron shot, especially a short iron or a wedge?

What? That's ludicrous. When else do you ever hit that shot on the golf course.

The only time I'm teeing it up is if I'm hitting 6 iron or below and that's because I suck with those.

Perfect lie is a myth perpetrated by Jack.

@Coulter , have you ever tried to tee the ball with one of those little 1 5/8" tees on #3 at Cypress? It's below the grass. The entire course is like hitting off a brush tee.
