Never wear a glove when I'm chipping or have a short pitch shot.

I typically do not wear a glove if I am chipping. Every other shot a glove is on.

First of all, do you wear a golf glove? If so, do you wear it all the time? On every shot? Do you take it off for some shots? If so, which ones?

I myself tend to take it off for chip shots around the green & putting. I never leave it on for putting. I honestly don't know why, other than I always have. I guess it's for feel, especially with the putter.

What say you THP?
I generally don't wear gloves for wedges and for putters. Not sure why, but I don't like them on with those shots

Glove comes off for basically anything shorter than full swing shots - partials, pitch/chips, bunkers and putting.

If I wore a glove full time in the summer here it would be soaked like I dipped it in a bucket of water by the end of the round, and I'd have a really weird suntan. I use Caddy Daddy Claw gloves - great gloves for the heat, they breathe well and dry pretty quickly when you take them off.

I never take mine off. Just leave it on. It’s too much fuss and getting used to it while putting was super quick once I committed.

Most of the time, I wear a glove. I don't take it off during the round unless I'm hitting the head or my hands are sweaty.

Only for my Driver and long clubs.
Not for wedges or putting

I wear a glove for every shot, including putting.
Only time it comes off is if I'm taking a leak or going inside to get something at the turn.

I solved the glove debate problem years ago by ditching it altogether.

I wear a glove on full shots, but once I start 3/4 or half swings with wedges on in I take it off. And I take my glove off as soon as I am done swinging.

I do not wear a glove.

The only time the glove comes off is when I have to tinkle in the woods

Yes, all shots including putts.

Left glove always on and if it is a hot sweaty or wet day I will wear a glove on both hands for all full swing shots and/or use a tacky substance for grip.

Full swing shot only

No glove for putting. On for everything else.

I leave it on all the time, including putting.

Glove off inside of 50 yards from the pin. On for all other shots.

Shots over 75 yards the glove is on. Inside 75 the glove is off.

Also I take the glove off between shots. Growing up playing in California most of my summer rounds were afternoon and the temperature would be between 95 and 102. Gloves would get real gross real fast when I left them on the entire round. Taking it off between shots drastically increased how long gloves lasted.

I wear one for every shot. A lot of times I may not even take it off during a round (I rarely do). This is very noticeable during the summer as my right hand has a nice tan and my left hand looks like I'm wearing Michael Jackson's white glove. :ROFLMAO:
Yep. My glove stays on the entire round. Except my left hand is the one that's more tanned since I'm a lefty.

I take mine off for Putting

All except for putting

All full swings. Never putting and sometimes not on chips or pitches.
