Driver Length POLL

Curious to see what length driver THP folks are playing these days.

Been struggling with the big stick lately and thinking that shorter will be better for me. Going to trim the big boy back to 44.75" and see if I can find the face a bit more consistently.

44.5” plays really well for me. Most consistent I’ve ever drove the ball.

I currently play my driver at 45.5” it’s just works for me for speed and consistency.

When I first started playing a tour length driver I was a poor driver of the golf ball. Decending blow and body movement the reason. I'm now a much better driver of the ball and I've stayed with the tour length. I don't hit the center with a square face as often as I like but I believe in the results when I do. I'm outdrving my peer group 15 to 30 yards on a consistant basis and they are playing 45+ inch shafts. If my peer group was longer I'd consider a change but given I'm both longer and straighter I think I leave it alone

44.75 here - recently switched from 44.5 because I measured incorrectly when I cut the new shaft

My fitting last year had me at 45.75”. My tee game is chaotic at times but it is much better than it was with this set up.

Usually eyeball it under 45". Don't need distance (never gonna have it anyway) so better maximize hitting center face/center cut.

I believe it is 45.75” assuming you are not using the “tour” shaft.

Just switched from 46" ST200 to a Tour Length Cobra XB @44 1/2 " and loving it.

44” and choke down a little. Play a 41.5” 4w & 40.5” 7w also. Actually gained distance going shorter because I square the face up easier
