Edel Golf – Array Putters

It's not flashy but it is super cool. I was messing with slant neck putters at PGATSS but who wants to spend $2-400 on an experiment like that?
You would have done it 😜

Changed out 15g weights for 10 for my last round. I did putt better but I don’t know yet if I would attribute all of the improvement to the decreased weight. It was a different course than the previous one but distance control was better and I made a few clutch putts. Here’s hoping for long-term improvement!

First round out with the new hosel setup was kind of a mixed bag. I only had one putt that was a horrid miss, and the greens are still recovering from punching so I'm not too upset about it. It's definitely a different feel than the single bend, but something I think will help as I work on my path.

The Edel Array F2 putter was on fire today!

Struggled a bit off the tee on the front nine but got up and down and scrambled my ass off to shoot even par on the front with only 10 putts.

The heat today got to me on the last few holes and I limped in with a 41 with 14 putts.

Only missed two putts that I thought that I should have made.

This thing is freaking awesome. Won $74 dollars. This putter is quickly paying for itself!

Another great day with the Edel Array F2 putter.

It is such a good feeling to have that you are likely to make every putt you look at.

Thank you Edel!

This putter is unbelievably good for me.

If you are struggling with putting you owe it to yourself to get fit for one of the new Array putters.

So happy to have put one in the bag.

A down day with the Array F3 for me as I fought with a consistent left miss, plus speed putting on some very damp greens. Not sure where the left miss came from and if it was due to a pull from a poor stroke or if my alignment was left of intended line. I wasn’t playing the CT Triple Track that has been my go to, so I wasn’t using an alignment aid on the ball. Whatever the reason, I’ll need to get some work in on the putting mat this week and get back to basics.

Starting to settle in a bit more with the slant neck in the F3. We've been dealing with punched greens so my numbers haven't been great but played this morning and managed 32 putts with two three putts. If I can eliminate those I should start seeing more drop. Confidence is pretty high with it right now and I feel it will just continue to get better as I keep working on a more natural arc.

Another good day with the Edel Array F2 putter. One of my birdies held up, got a close up and was 3rd place in the men’s group today. The only putts I missed today were due to misreading the pace required. Left a couple in the heart short and one I burnt the edge when I hit it a bit too firm. Amazing how good my aim is now.

Put the Arccos Putter sensor on it today and will start collecting some stats over the next few weeks.

Back to back rounds with 35 putts and distance control issues has me frustrated and searching again. Maybe those greens are fast enough to go back to the original weight.

Not really a good day last time out. I had a pretty consistent right miss and I wasn’t sure if it was stroke or alignment, but it’s something I’m not worried about just yet. I have been using my prior gamer on my basement putting mat a fair bit, and it is a different style from the F3 in shape and hosel, so I’m going to blame that for the time being.

I’m still pleased with the Array as configured and the coolest thing about it still is if I want to change something about it, like the alignment markings or the hosel shape, I don’t have to buy a new putter to do it. (Even though buying putters is fun, too.) I’m even thinking about switching the shape to F2 if I can score the part to do it.

Took out the 10g weights in my F-3 that I was trying and went to 20. I had a much better putting round overall. I think I’m going to leave it at that or just go back to the 15 which is the original config I received. It’s fun to tinker with that’s for sure.
