Rescue mutts are all I’ve ever had. No way I’m buying from a breeder when there are shelters full.

Life with dogs for me started with a Keeshond (look it up, I dare you) but now I'm firmly in the doodle camp (sheepadoodle to be precise).

Although, our rescue pup is growing on me but she is supposedly in the old English/French mix camp (old english/French briard) so I think I'm safe?

Sweet! No, Buddy is a F1b goldendoodle. Mom was a black/gray standard poodle. Dad was a cream goldendoodle. I picked him out because black goldendoodles are not common, although there were two in his litter of eight. Here's a puppy shot of him before his first big haircut:
