What’s your favorite movie I’ve probably never heard of?

For me, it’s probably Pump Up the Volume. 90s teenage angst at its finest.

What’s yours?

Hard On Harry
And I believe Samantha Mathis first flick.

did you have to ask for a key to the back room to check that one out lol

Local Hero an early 80s movie. An American oil executive is sent to Scotland to buy a town where oil was discovered.

Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind

George Clooney's first directed movie. It's based on Chuck Barris autobiography where he claimed The Dating Game was a front for the CIA to send him on assassination missions while he chaperoned couples who won a trip. Stars Sam Rockwell, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, and Clooney himself.

That one was shot in WillyWood correct?

I'm going with Zombeavers.

Same one I mentioned last night The Stunt Man and I would also say the behind the scenes documentary of pumping iron.

The Hollywod Knights. A 60's type flick about a hot rod club and their favorite hangout that's going to be torn down by Hollywood elites to make room for a highrise. Robert Wahl and Fran Drescher star.Good music and storyline.

Love The Beast - documentary about Eric Bana’s first car and how he races it and rebuilds it with his old schoolmates. He wrecks it and has to decide if he’s going to rebuild yet again.

Edit to add Sunshine, a great science fiction film

That was a fantastic movie and Sam Rockwell was awesome.

80’s BMX flick.

Renaissance Man would be one of them with Danny Devito.
I could be here forever though. So many great ones.

Quite possibly my favorite all time movie. My brother, sisters, and I watched it everyday one summer. We still quote lines to this day.

That remains of my favorite movies of all time. My most prominent tattoo is an ambigram that reads soldier in one direction and scholar in the other, due almost entirely to that movie. I love that flick.

the title is so familiar, but i just re-read the plot and it's not ringing a bell

I really liked Mr Holland’s Opus.

Miraculous Ladybug

Hmmm... not sure what classifies as not well know. So I will go with movies I don't hear about all that often.

I love Hot Rod, Andy Samburg's first starring movie. When I was younger The Dream Team was something we had on tape and I would throw in all the time. Lately, Upgrade was a really fun movie that got some recognition but not nearly as much as it deserved.

this is probably more well-known that the thread is meant for, but any fans of necessary roughness?

Oops wrong thread edit

Gotta put another movie, so let’s go with Big Trouble Little China
