Foresight Sports, producers of the industry leading GC3 and GCQuad launch monitors, have announced two new 3rd party software integrations, adding both Awesome Golf and GSPro to their already robust line of gameplay and improvement software. Considered by many to be the benchmark when it comes to launch monitor accuracy for both ball and club data, these new integrations will join Creative Golf, e6 Connect, and Swing Catalyst in the Foresight lineup. In addition, Foresight offers FSX Pro, a comprehensive analysis application, and FSX Play, which includes 25 courses for simulator play. Connecting to these 3rd party options requires an FSX Play subscription, meaning customers will have access to a huge library of golf courses and skill-developing software.

I’m happy to see them do this. It isn’t cheap, but it opens up a whole new world of potential heading into winter.

Well that’s a whole lot of fun

Well things just got real interesting! I’m pretty excited about this! Time for the gamin computer to be purchased!

That’s awesome that they doing this. I would think this should drive some more attention for people to really use their products now that they are opening up more possibilities.

I can help walk you through this.

I had a feeling you were going to love this update.

Ok, Skytrack, let's get that GSPro integration now. Golf ball's in your court!

Damn those graphics are unreal

You will need a decently strong computer to power that, but they are pretty darn strong.

Make sure you buy a PC/Laptop with a separate GPU (graphics card). This is required to power GSPRO. I have a GTX1060 GPU with 16GB Memory and play GSPRO in 1080P flawlessly.

Recommended minimum hardware for 1080p play:
  1. 4GB free space
  2. GTX 970
  3. 8GB memory
  4. Stable internet Connection
  5. Ethernet port and/or BT depending on Launch Monitor
Recommended hardware for a great 1080p experience:
  1. 10GB free space
  2. RTX 3060ti GPU
  3. 16GB memory
Recommended hardware for a great 4k experience:
  1. 10GB free space
  2. RTX 3080 GPU
  3. 32GB memory

So another question along these lines, will the Bushnell Pro have the same integration software availability? Or just for the GC3?

I think this a great thing for both: those of us using different launch monitors, and those with GC3/Bushnell Launch Pro.

This is a deal if anybody is looking:

I was told yes to that.

Well this gives me another reason to consider the Foresight product, GC3 :)

Yes same integration, but the Bushnell needs the Gold subscription now at $500 per year. GC3 is a one time purchase with no subscription to access 3rd party (but costs significantly more for the LM)

I think the addition of Awesome Golf is... awesome  .

I like that it has some courses (not real) and actually brings a little more light hearted fun (younger golfers might enjoy this) as it has more of a "Mario Golf" or "Wii Golf" feel.

I think the data on the range for Awesome Golf is some of the best with the teaching layout they have.

Might be a no brainer to spend the $350 for a lifetime license

I don't think the graphics card is good enough, as I always understood it the last two numbers are the most important thing. I believe a geoforce 2080 would be way better than a 4050. Any experts out there?
You can change the graphics settings on GSPro. You won't be able to run at it's highest 4k setting with a 4050. You can run it on a lower setting, but the details on trees, shadows, etc won't be as crisp.
