I'm not sure what your bad shots are but your path looks pretty far left

Oitw I'm not sure if you practice like your video but if you do, slooooowwww down. It's not a race

Now your swing is pretty good.
You make a good turn, it's not to long and you release the hips really well. We
need to get you to release the club at impact and hold the angle until just before impact.

Get you butt of the club moving down toward the ball and get the right arm rolling over the left at impact.
