Is it right or left handed? Is there a difference between R & L hand?

It's right handed.

If it's anything like the Ping adapters you simply flip flop the adjustments. Like the +1 loft setting actually reduces it -1* loft.

Funny story. I actually had a right handed g25 adapter that was actually mismarked by Ping and was really a left handed adapter. Took me about 6 months to finally figure out that the + setting actually opened the face and not close it. No wonder I kept fading the ball. Lol
