Garage Floor Tiles

If (not happening) I were to finish my Garage floor, it would be Acid Staining. Love the look and ease of it. Almost did it 2 years ago when we moved into our Forever Home but ran out of time prepping house before we moved in. Was not about to move everything back out of Garage to do it. Like Rubber tiles for foot traffic, but not a fan due to Oil leaks, etc
Yeah I'm not unscrewing my bottom cabinets that are set to do that. I've seen pics and it looks cool for sure though. I need to measure the garage this weekend to take a look and see what it's going to cost me.

Thanks. How is melting of ice or water that gets under the tiles?
Haven't had any issues at all, I purchased a squeegee and if I get massive build ups in there I just squeegee it out or use a push broom for the larger chunks of snow/ice.

I guess with the solid panels I was concerned about mold or mildew.

Welp, I've never pulled them back to look underneath haha. Maybe ignorance is bliss....I'll likely take a look in the summer.

I did this in 2015 and no, I AM NOT a Dallas fan......these colors were just cheeper from the seller i found on line. Who knows, maybe they knew they would suck too......I really think i bought them off Ebay I started front to back and cut the last row to fit-yes, they are still in there

I might ask if driving cars on the tile might break them.....eventually.

common practice around here is to paint the floor, and throw sprinkles on it before it dries. The paint is special for garage floors, as it dries hard, and fills in any cracks.

Just a thought .
