Ahh, the Marmill special.No. Hitting off a strip I bought at Dicks with a rubber gym mat underneath currently.
I need to get mine back in shape. Garage has been used as a workshop this past weekend with replacing an exterior door. Stupid house projects.I need to get back down in the garage. Maybe tomorrow

I’m thinking of upgrading my mat with one of these strips.No. Hitting off a strip I bought at Dicks with a rubber gym mat underneath currently.
Do you want to be able to park in your garage or not? I went "retractable" because we park our cars in there.I pretty much have the mat and launch monitor picked out. Still trying to decide if I want an enclosure or retractable screen.
The Softy is on sale at the moment for $199.I’m thinking of upgrading my mat with one of these strips.

Personally the hitting fat thing is a big plus for me, as I think most other mats let you get away with too much on a fat shot.
Let us know if you find something that works. I always balk at the cost of even a mid-range short throw.I'm so itching to buy a basic Amazon projector and an impact screen just to get something better/other than a tv screen. A short throw projector is out of what I feel like paying so I'm resigned to buying a sub-optimal set-up but idk if I care that much about it to begin with.
I don’t remember the flight deck being overly forgiving but I didn’t have it that long. Compared to the flight deck the softy just generally feels a lot nicer to hit off of.That’s what I’m after as well. Have the bristle style fiberbuilt pad now and you get away with murder on fat shots. I’m pretty sure it is actively hurting my swing.
You could go the Ebay refurbished route. There's a lot of good projectors for around US$300. Not sure what would be available where you are but it could be worth a look.I'm so itching to buy a basic Amazon projector and an impact screen just to get something better/other than a tv screen. I will be able to park in the garage either way. I would just like the cleaner look of retractable.Do you want to be able to park in your garage or not? I went "retractable" because we park our cars in there.
OK. I have a manual retractable that I'm into for about $400. Sound tile stuck to the ceiling would work.I will be able to park in the garage either way. I would just like the cleaner look of retractable.
But then there is the more money. And I am worried about ceiling protection with a retractable screen. I have a high ball flight and ran into some issues with wedges on a friends SIM

I kind of thought that may have been the case but I wasn't sure.Ebay in general and that feature specifically isn't really a thing in Europe I'm afraid.
You can get a Panasonic PT-VZ580U 5000-Lumen WUXGA 3LCD Projector for a few hundred now I believe and it works really really well in sim rooms. Its why I have used for years and the image is super clean. They discontinued the model finally, but it is what Foresight was recommending for years.Let us know if you find something that works. I'll check it out. My screen leaves a LOT to be desired, so we'll see lol. Unacceptable. And the wife is using the garage hitting bay as Christmas decor storage.
What brand retractable?OK. I have a manual retractable that I'm into for about $400. Sound tile stuck to the ceiling would work.

It's retractable in the sense that I have to roll it up and down, but it lives on the ceiling. What brand retractable?
Ive been eyeing a Metech drive and attaching my own screen. It's retractable in the sense that I have to roll it up and down, but it lives on the ceiling.
It's the Poly Blend 95 from Spectrum Golf.
