Yeah I’ll be honest, I’m not totally familiar with how their mats compare to the SIG ones. I still use the SIG Softy Strip cut into my old mat.I just wish Rain or Shine had a mat like the indoor golf shop

They don't have an in house mat that has a precut strip section like the SIGPRO softy. That's the biggest win in my book.Yeah I’ll be honest, I’m not totally familiar with how their mats compare to the SIG ones. I still use the SIG Softy Strip cut into my old mat.
I am curious if this is something new? Can you look back in your emails and find the invoice?Man that is surprising about shipping charges from IGS. I don’t recall shipping when I bought mine.
Let me see if I can find it.I am curious if this is something new? Can you look back in your emails and find the invoice?
I was looking at the full mat optionsThat's odd. This is right now.

I saw the shipping for a full mat is $199 due to size and weight.
There was no shipping on the Softy strip I ordered either. It really is a shame, I had myself talked into the 4x7 mat and waited for black Friday to order it. I thought it was a glitch but customer service told me to pound sand, buy it or don't.That's odd. This is right now.

That is nuts and wrong. There was no shipping on the Softy strip I ordered either. It really is a shame, I had myself talked into the 4x7 mat and waited for black Friday to order it. I thought it was a glitch but customer service told me to pound sand, buy it or don't.
I am going to buy a cheaper mat to install my softy strip into. I usually go the budget route anyway. For once I was going to splurge and buy something nice and easy but there is no freaking way I am paying $199 to ship a roll of foam.
Seeing proof that there was no shipping on these mats last year just makes me angrier. Not much I can do but buy something else and voice my displeasure with indoor golf outlet.
The SwingTurf mat looks good. They claim it is realistic and easy on the body. I need something that punishes fat contact and does not hurt my elbows and hands at impact. I remember you saying you had a new mat in the studio recently, was this it?That is nuts and wrong.
Contact Rain or Shine. Tell them you are a THPer. They will find a solution for a great mat

Any recommendations?
Glad you took it easySmall one yesterday. 50 or so warm up balls, 18 at Primland and then another 100 or so to work **** out.
Nice! Cant wait for your feedback
I am excited to try something new. I have been mostly happy with the Softy insert but have never cared for the sound at impact.Nice! Cant wait for your feedback
I am going to upgrade my hitting mat during black Friday. I have been using the Sig Pro Softy strip and it has been good for a year but it's starting to get worn out. The only drawback of the Softy is the sound at impact. It's loud, not like hurt your ears loud but it ruins the feel of the shot. It's like hitting a bass drum at impact. I am not really that upset about it but since I am upgrading I should at least consider something else.
I am looking at the Sig Pro Softy 4X7 mat that is on sale for $799 during black Friday. What else is out there? I have tried the Country Club Elite and Fiberbuilt in the past and prefer the Sig Pro over those.
Anyone here have a TrueStrike mat? Is it something I should look at?
Anything else on the market?
I totally get the sound aspect since I have the same type of setup. I’ve been thinking of changing out the mat, but I might actually swap out the net and add impact screen first.I am excited to try something new. This post from a while back sums it up.
I asked for some recommendations and THP delivered as usual. Looking forward to testing out the SwingTurf and of course I will provide feedback.
Sweet. There is a ton of useful info in here.Ok I’m officially about to become a member of this thread. My garage allows space for this and wife has approved.
