Gas Prices: What are you paying?

Is it bad that I paid 3.29/gal this morning and was happy about it? Gas prices have been out of control lately.
Yes, yes it's bad, gas prices in California SUCK!!!

2.19 here.

$2.99 premium at BJ’s in Long Island

$2.069 by my house for unleaded. Over in Missouri it's under $1.959.

Down to $1.919 at a few places around here. Haven't seen that low for a LONG time.

Paid 1.98 today

$2.359 for regular in North Jersey Friday.

$2.479 around here today.

$2.19 nearby.

Roughly a $1.00/litre Canadian. US conversion would be roughly $2.88 US a gallon if my math serves me correct. 94 octane is $1.25 CDN/litre, which equates to $3.59/gallon

We're at about $3.89 a gallon. The socialist state of California does a number of things to make this so. By law, they mandate a unique formulation for gasoline in the state. This means it's only available through refineries specifically set up to produce gas that can only be sold in California. We also have one of the two highest gas taxes in the country. The state shunted gas taxes to other than their designated use for highway repairs and passed higher gas taxes last year. Oh, and the state is building a bullet train the public wasn't clamoring for and no private company would do. Basically, according to the proposal, once built we'll pay as much as an in-state flight to get there, and it will take longer than a plane. Even using their projected ridership which almost no one believes, the train will never break-even much less recover any of the billions spent to build it.

So, when are you moving and where are you going?

How many miles do you have on it? We have almost 80,000 miles on our 2015 85D. I only pay 4.6 cents per kilowatt hour for electricity which is a special geothermal rate. That works out to about 1.66 cents per mile or the equivalent of 33 cents per gallon.
