Get Rid of the Hand Helds!

Sorry Bama, but really, just because you haven't caused an accident yet, doesn't mean you should go on without a BT headset, or continue texting while driving, IMHO. There's a first time for everything.

The most recent study showed that people talking on cell phones while driving posed a greater risk than drivers impaired by alcohol. Not only that, but states are quickly passing laws to ban talking (w/o hands free) while driving. That means significantly higher penalties if you get caught or cause an accident. And if there is a fatality, you're looking at manslaughter.

It's a bad bad thing.
