Golf After A Shoulder Replacement

I have not but my brother in law has had both of his done (rheumatoid arthritis). He played after the first one and had the second one done in the fall. He isn't a great golfer but was able to play pain free after not being able to swing a club.

is he playing steel shafts in his irons ?

He is but he doesn't practice enough for it to be a problem.

I haven't had a shoulder replacement but have had hand and elbow issues. I would definitely suggest going graphite to help. It is much easier on my hands and elbows.

I play with guy here locally sometimes that's a scratch and has had his replaced, not sure, but I think both.
late 60's and still moves it out there.

Are you happy with the arthos surface results .

Do you lift or strength train in addition to golf .

Trying to kick shoulder replacement down the road but fear it will be in my future
