Looking at a 2nd home in MB. Can someone recommend a good value Golf course community with 2 bedroom condos for sale? Also, a solid course that won't go out of business.

There have been a lot of course closings in MB. I don't know if any one is immune from shutting down. I would look for a condo away from the hustle & bustle of downtown and just purchase a golf membership at a course.
