Golf Lies: Which Give You the Most Trouble?

Ball below my feet gets me every time. So hard for me.

Definitely downhill lie with ball below my feet.

Downhill lies are a killer for me. I can more easily adjust to the uphill lies, but downhill becomes a top filled sh$nk fest

Ball below my feet definitely. Throw in down hill lie with that and we're all set for a real adventure

It sounds like a lot of us struggle with similar lies. I've got a few questions:
1) For downhill lies, do you play your club to the number or club down and just try to get as close as possible? (ie you'v got 150 to the pin and that's your 7i distance)
2) For the ball beneath your feel lie, does it make sense to take a longer club with a more natural stance and focus on a smooth swing?
3) Do you ever club up significantly with uphill lies closer to the green?

The severe downhill lie is tough for me. One course I play has a fairway area that is very downhill and the ball is below my feet. I'd rather have the ball buried in the rough than hit that shot.

Not real fond of a tight, wet lie either.
