Anyone tried this? As I’m getting older and have some hip mobility problems, I am looking for some daily stretches and flexibility excersises.


This seems on its surface to be a good program but wondered if anyone had any feedback about it?
 
I have done it and it is pretty good. I am off it right now because I hurt my foot and it is all I can do to play some golf but it is a solid mobility and strength program particularly if you don’t have any gym experience. My only complaint is I find the pace a bit slow at times but I have worked out a fair amount in the gym. If you don’t have much workout experience I would think it is pretty good.
