PGA/LPGA mixed team event from Tiburon Golf Club in Naples. FL; par 72, 6734 yds, Patty Tavatanakit & Jake Knapp defending. 16 teams playing a Scramble on Friday, Alternate shot on Saturday, and Modified Four Ball on Sunday.

HEY Its the GT Invitational time of year! fun little break during the winter to tune in and enjoy some fun pairings!
 
Gotterup and Kupcho has the potential to take this. Or to be very mediocre.

Berger and Hull could be a good watch. Clanton and Woad, two Seminoles teaming up. I like it.

I would love to see more mixed events. If I were in charge, I’d blend Champions, LPGA, and PGA. Play in threesomes, each Tour from their appropriate tee boxes and only competing against their own Tour.

I mean dang, if us normal golfers can do that on a Saturday, why can’t professional golf??

I will see this and raise you, they go full foursome and do something really fun, like teaching professionals for the last slot would love to see the teaching pros get some more love and get a little more spotlight

Especially this time of year for the guys like me who cheer for bad NFL and College football teams so they have no hope for a couple months

Caught this yesterday - JDay, Tony Finau, Lydia Ko and Lilia Vu practice/fun at the Grant Thornton

 
This is the same course as the LPGA CME event, right?
 
now I understand the thing the Lads just did with the ladies playing alt shot and Jason Day and Tony playing together; it played in the background, I had no idea what they were talking about.

Why the heck aren’t Min Jee and Min Woo Lee playing this thing!
 
Saturday alternate shot, much tougher to go low, no birdie-fest tomorrow
 
I like watching this tournament , it's a fun change of pace.

Two teams shooting 17 under, amazing.
 
A fun event, shame there is not more of these mixed events.
 
These are the golf events I enjoy watching. Like pretty much everyone else I believe there should be more of these type of events throughout the year.
Also really enjoy the change of play each day as it provides a different challenge for everyone
