Reaching hole #3 you are going to have to make some choices. This is not an overly long hole but there is trouble everywhere and make the wrong choices as you proceed can cause disaster to happen. 3 holes in and you are hitting the 5th hardest handicap hole. Just a quick glance and you can see why.
The layout of the hole is a dog leg left over some waste area. The fairway while not split, effectively is broken into two parts off the tee. You can either lay back of the diagonal right side bunker to a wide section of the fairway. Or, choose more club and work to carry to the second section.

The way the hole angles from right to left is going to make the hole feel more narrow than it is. Plus depending on the wind which will most likely be into and across from the left it can make the hole play much longer than the posted yardage.

Whatever you choose to do off the tee. Make sure you stay out of the cross bunker. That will pretty much insure a lose of the hole.

From the fairway the hole moves further left and back up hill again (I think walking this course would be torture) to a green that is not kind. it is fairly well guarded with bunkers short and long. So picking the right club most likely back into the wind will be a challenge. You for sure do not want to be in the bunker long right.. If the pin is over there, BEWARE!!

Once you reach the green you will find a very undulated and contoured green. So reaching in regulation is no gaurantee of a good score. There will be 3 putts on this green. It is just a question of how many. (@jdtox possible prop bet).

So, try to get your ball on the right section of this green that moves and rolls all over. I am excited to hear peoples experience on this green.

Good thing there is a halfway house right after this hole.. I think just 3 holes in, there are going to be THP'rs needing a drink and something to calm the nerves. This is a fantastic and fun hole. Your choice and execution off the tee is going to set you up for success. It will just take some solid touch on the green to close the deal.

I can wait to hear what those that have played this hole think. We are 3 holes in to a masterpiece of a golf course and barely getting started!!
