A 4 beats a 6
The assumption of laying up leads to a bogey and that the layup is hit well, sure is getting interesting. Have we learned nothing from following THP Experiences? :ROFLMAO:

I try to hit every green and have blown up and am 0-5. Maybe I should try something different 😂

In the end, I have faith in my guy.

Yes! All I read is you are laying up on all par 3s.

We need some of these holes played out on video..

Based on all these par 3s, I might be better off. But like I said, this year is different for me! Brimming with confidence!

I feel like this is definitely one where I'd be in trouble trying to attack the green with that massive bunker running all along the right. Probably aiming left edge of the green to play it safe and give myself as much buffer as possible.

4 is the only par 3 you could lay up on without making the hole significantly harder.

7 you can lay up the left and avoid going at the peninsula from the tee. If the hole is on the peninsula part of the green you are leaving an absolutely terrifying pitch.

12 lol good luck

17 short is dead ☠️

That is 100% the play. Next time I get to play there I’m calling a tee shot that is on green grass within 60 feet of the hole amazing. Give yourself a chance at making 3 with a high probability of limiting the damage to a bogey.

We don't have to explain our strategy... just implement it and win. This is all just talky talky.
You should know that when you choose to root for the Asterisks, you give up all other wins.
I thought you figured that out as a Cowboys fan.

This will be no different.

Have you seen the Syracuse Men’s basketball program lately (I know you’re not a college guy)… you might be right about all others.

That said.. this isn’t a fan thing. I will def root for your team. Just to come up a bit short. I’m glad you guys are a lock though. Seems to work out well for those on here. Happy for you.

I'm generally ok with longer par 3s, on shorter ones I sometimes half-ass the swing, so this one could work to my advantage. My miss on long irons is left, so stay away from the trap and get the ball rolling on the green.

Easier said than done.

No I focus on real sports

If it plays 180 downwind, I'm probably going to hit a hard 7i...typical good shot is a draw so maybe aim middle of green with the plan for a miss being left instead of taking on that right side

Based on my score on par 3’s last year, I should start at 5 and go from there 😞

Most of my misses are left so I would be a similar play here with a 6i. The left miss at least keeps it in a playable spot even if not on the green.

Aim left. Left it funnel in.
Avoid the right side.

STAY LEFT. That wind will push you right, and you don’t want to be right.
