While this par 3 is not very long. I don't expect there to be many birdies made here. It is known at GrayBull as the shortest par 5 in Nebraska. This hole will play somewhere from 110-120 yards from the THP tees. It is basically an island green surrounded by sand. It is a long shallow green that has a ton of undulation and contour.

Your biggest hope is really that it is playing dead into the wind. This will help you hit a shot that can hold the green. If there is no wind you can go the links route and play down the left side and see if you can feed it onto the green from there using the slopes and contours that exist on that side.

Even at this short yardage this green is going to be very tough to hit. Even hitting the green in regulation if you are not on the right section is no guarantee of success. Depending on the pin location, if you are on the other side of the green. GOOD LUCK and GOD BE WITH YOU.. This green has all the rolls and ridges you can think of.. If the pin is in the front right and you are to the left. Degreening is a real possibility..

Missing the green long, short, or to the right in the great sea bunker will cause some serious frustrations. I can envision someone going from bunker to bunker if they are not carful and hit one a little too spicy.

This is going to be a fun little hole to follow. I think some will walk away wondering what the heck happened. It is not an easy hole and can cause damage quickly..

Hole 7 is such a beautiful place to have your soul crushed. Hit the green and a 2 putt par is very doable.

I remember the tees we were playing from were 130-145. So it might be shorter this time around.

If the pin is on the front part of the green missing the green brings a big number into play. In alternate shot our opponents were about pin high in the bunker and hit it over the green into the bunker on the opposite side of the green. Playing up the left doesn’t leave an easy pitch shot.

In day 2 singles we had the middle pin and it is the most accessible pin location on the green.

The green gets wide and you have quite a bit of room to work with for lateral dispersion.

We didn’t played the back pin location but I would love to try and run one up the left side and try to roll it off of the backstop.

The wind will be into and off the right. A great opportunity to hit a little punch short or mid iron.

Yeah, I’ll probably f**k this hole up.

This is a fantastic golf hole

Well this looks fun, look at all the pretty sand

I will bring a shovel.

I don’t know with this one. Where I end up is anyone’s guess.

This could be a good prop bet hole though?

So tell me about this term “degreening.”
Feels like I should educate myself. It sounds ominous.

I know it's a very different green but this definitely gives me "postage stamp" vibes. Par or doubles coming.

Very cool short par 3 from the looks of it.....I'm worried enough about #16 at VN....don't need this right now lol

I love short par 3's they can jump up & bite you if you're not too careful

The shortest par 5 made me laugh out loud. This is one heck of a golf hole

Yikes, that green complex is brutal (I feel like I keep saying this except maybe 1 or 2 holes). Squeezing out a 3 putt would be a huge victory having to put across that green.

When you start on the green then end up off the green. Lol

A three putt may be considered a win there

This hole is unbelievably good. It makes 16 at Vic look like a walk in the park.

The wind is going to be howling dead into your face or slightly off the left. Your best bet is to hit a chippy iron into the green otherwise the wind will swallow it up.

There is a tiny bit of fescue to stop your ball from falling off into the bunker but it some cases it leaves you in a worse spot. You could even lose a ball in it. If you miss the green and end up in a bunker….good luck. There’s a good chance you’re settling for bogey at best. You could always be a sissy and bail out left though. I don’t remember a ton about the green other than it being one of the tougher ones out there. Definitely deserving of the signature hole.

There's no sand. There's no sand. Green / Fringe. 2 putt. Move on.

This par 3 is soooo brutally fun. Big bailout long left, but other than that, hit green or face some real issues.

The pin for one of our rounds was in the front, and there were a few balls that ended up in the sand due to the crazy winds.
And with how fast those greens are, you can go sand to sand super quick.

I love the Chaos on this hole

Looks like a tough little challenge.
