I seen an ad on IG for a brand of belt called Grip 6. Looked a little different than your standard web belt so I thought I would give it a try. Went with a black strap and American Flag buckle, using the email signup discount they gave me it came to a little less than $40 with shipping. Figured if I didn't like it I've wasted more on less I'm sure. It took about 10 days to show up.
I wore it to work to see how it would hold up (literally) as I walk around all day. I usually wear one of two different Under Armour web belts with different UA buckles. I always find my self pulling my jeans up and then I tighten the heck out of the buckle and get uncomfortable.
With the Grip 6 I definitely had way less pulling up on my pants. I had it set pretty tight but felt zero discomfort and for the most part didn't really feel the belt at all.
Wore it again today for golf and more of the same. Tight, with no discomfort and minimal falling of my pants.
Love the buckle is made in the USA, not sure on the strap. The buckle feels stout and strong yet light weight at the same time. The web strap feels secure and seems well made.
I used their recommendation for size, 34" waist, and do feel that I have a little more overlap than I would like but it stays tucked away and doesn't flop around.
Anyways after wearing it for work for a week and today I like them enough that I'm going to order a couple more buckles and another strap.
