GS Pro Simulator software

Why did Foresight decide now is the time to allow for the GS Pro software when before (earlier this year) they had planned for the integration then pulled it when Trackman sued the software company? What has changed from earlier this year other than wanting to spike some sales leading into the "indoor" season with new software offerings?
 
This is the setup I recommend

CPU: any post 9th gen i5 will do.

GPU: 3060Ti or above for 1080p (you can probably do away with 8g ram) / 4070 or above for 4K (make sure you get 16g ram) If you don't care too much about graphics, then 1070 is prolly still fine too.

Ram: DDR4 16G

Because most projectors can only refresh up to 60Hz, it's definitely an overkill to buy 4080Ti for that 144Hz.
