Have you met other THP on the course

Outside of experiences , i have met people randomly who have asked me about the site at demo days or tournaments, often because i have the THP logo on one of my bags, and a hat.

I've been asked many times what my forum name is , and i always tell people that it's just my initials , JB

I've met a few to play a round with and a lot more at gatherings. I like doing that and hope I can do even more next year.

We have a number of THPers from Upstate and Central and Western NY. We had some get together for a round outside Syracuse this year. We’re going to do it again next season. And we’ll hopefully have more THPers involved.
 
I think I've played golf with well over 100 THPers. Always a great time.

One time I even got invited to a MG :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

too many to count.
 
I have had the extreme privilege of playing with many THPers in my time here. Whether it's at a crazy experience, or someone who happened to be in town for something, or an event to support something, etc etc... My golf life is better with that opportunity always looming.

I know. I live between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. I was following that thread, and was on the fence about joining the group right up until the last minute. But I was dealing with painful elbow issues through the past year and honestly didn't enjoy playing as much as I should. Finally starting to get a bit better, so hopefully bowling season doesn't mess it up again.
 
Quite a few times outside of experiences. Even local with @Bus and we play quite a bit
 
Enough times for my wife to not have to worry anymore about me meeting men off the internet…errr wait that didn't come off quite right.

I've never randomly met another THP'er on the course, but I've played with somewhere around 40-50 of them and enjoyed every single round.

Randomly? No. But I play with a group of THPers every month and we usually have someone travel out to AZ a couple of times a year that we try and make somewhat an event of.
 
It hasn't happened randomly to me yet but have met up on planned outings several times, always fun to meet up with other THPers.

ooof I need to get back in the gym. At least that was a putt even I couldn't miss. Thanks you again your generosity that day @Dartgod.
THPers are just amazing people. Been fortunate enough to play with around 100 THPers even though I've only played in one official event. Travelling to several regional gatherings and many other memorable meetups here or away. How about those monster gatherings @sposey013168 hosted here (SGF/Branson)? CRAZY FUN - THPers from all over the country. Speaking of Shane, I'll never forget receiving a PM from him, completely out of the blue on the day I joined THP and listed my location. We shared our first round at his club the following day. I've hosted guys here, rerouted vacations to join 'strangers', met others due to @IceyShanks map (Icey was my partner in my only official event - poor guy).
As for just accidentally running into a THPer in the wild I really assumed I was in the company of a THP legend at a tournament last season. Guy in our 4some was rocking a nice Callaway bag with a Hideaway bag tag. Turns out the tag was just an ebay buy and he'd never played the course nor had he ever played anywhere in CA.
