I haven't lurked long and posted my first post I here a few hours ago.
I'm loving my golf at the moment. I go through phases. Funny how it tends to coincide with summer! I guess that's fairly common.
I've played for about ten years. I was never out to purposely try to lower my handicap. I just liked hitting some good shots and having a laugh with the family. I cruised until, three weeks ago, I made a decision to get to single figures before winter. Now, If I play to handicap next round I'll be off single digits. It'll make winter golf harder but it'll be a rewarding experience.
