I would like to see video if that is possible. Is the low body too fast or are the arms and hands stuck behind you? The reason I ask is it is very rare to have hips moving too fast. I would work hitting balls with your feet together. This will help you get your body more in sync. As you get comfortable with this feel work back into your normal stance. If 1 part of the body is moving too fast this will slow it down and get you back working as a unit. Let me know how this goes and if you have any questions.
