How do you recover from a bad round?

I try and assess where my misses were and what I was having difficulties with and try and hit the range soon after the round to work on those aspects. That all being said I always try to keep my bad play thoughts short lived. Always try to stay positive and try to pick out the positive things, whether there was a great shot or if I had an awesome putt or chip, I try to remember those and forget the chunked drive or the 5 lost balls off the teebox. Golf is mental and I have a tendency to beat myself up, so my goal this year was to remain positive on the course and if I'm just having a really bad round and I can't get out of my head because of my bad scores, I just quit putting down a score and just enjoy the rest of the round. Yeah, you lose any numerical gauge on how you are doing, but I'd rather enjoy the time out than be miserable writing down a score.
