In the last 20 years I’ve had 3.

Been driving 47 years and have had 8 cars (not including those my wife uses)
1964 Rambler
1972 Toyota Corona
1977 Ford Pinto
1980 Plymouth Champ
1986 Chevy Nova
1990 Toyota Camry
2000 Acura 3.2TL
2014 Lexus RX-350

46 years licensed and about 58 cars....3 Ferrari's, 5 MB's, 5 Porsche's, 4 Caddy's, 6 Toyota's, 5 GM vans, 2 T Birds, 3 Hyundai's, 3 Old's, 2 Volvo's, 1 Peugeot, 2 BMW's, 1 Rambler, 1 Fairlane, 1 Jolly, 3 Jag's, 2 Chevy's, 2 Dodge Trucks, 2 Nissan's, 1 Plymouth, 1 Pinto, 2 Audi's...Many of these were buy/sell where I drove for just a short period. Best was a 365 2+2 Queen Mother Ferrari....Craziest was the Fiat Jolly....with wicker seats and tassle around cloth roof. Longest held was 12 years Caddy.

18 years
3 cars
2 cars I own(ed)

38 years and 13 auto's. Marriage inflates my numbers some. Now I maintain 4 autos for the family and we are near needing number 5

I think I'm at 20 vehicles in the 23 years I've been driving. I used to change vehicles almost yearly but I've slowed down the past few years.

Been driving 24yrs and have had 5 vehicles. I didn’t have the Charger long as I got a really good offer on it. I bought all of those used, I can’t stomach the cost of new vehicles but I’m looking at buying a new suv/crossover after the first of the year but have no idea what I want.

‘73 Charger
‘91 Grand Am
‘96 Ranger
‘00 Jimmy
‘10 Sierra

Don't remember the dates on all of them, some of them were company cars that I had no say in the make or model.

Plymouth Satellite
Opel Manta
Ford Pinto
Plymouth Horizon
Chevy Nova
Dodge Caravan
Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra
Chevy Z24 Cavalier Convertible
Pontiac Grand Prix
GMC Jimmy
Pontiac Bonneville SS
Honda Element
Ford Tauras
Chevy Silverado

I'm spoiled...I work for Benz and get to swap vehicles every 8k miles, so my count is something ridiculous since I've worked there 20 years.

Best part is having neighbors who wonder what I "do" for a living always having $200k of vehicles in my garage...

My list is on page 3... some of the cars were traded in on others because needs changed. Some were sold or given to family members. Some were wrecked. A few were traded in because of high miles and long commuting.

License for 18 years.

Past Cars:
1996 Chrysler Concorde
1995 Ford Mustang convertible
2012 Scion XB
2014 BMW X1 (wife's)
2016 Mini Cooper

Current:
2017 Toyota Highlander (wife's)

I sold my Mini Cooper and use my wife's Highlander when needed, until the Bronco comes out next year.

Lets see...

'86 Jeep Wrangler
'86 Dodge Ramcharger
'95 Ford Mustang GT
'95 Ford Explorer
'97 Ford F-150
'07 Ford F-150
'16 Ford F-150
'18 Ford Mustang GT

So 8 cars in 26 years. I'm a closet gearhead though and have often had more than one car at the same time. First new car I ever bought was my latest F-150 and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. The Mustang is a luxury toy essentially. It's paid off and I love it, but I could see potentially moving it if I find something else that strikes my fancy down the road.

License since 1995.
11 total. 4 currently which is entirely unnecessary.

1985 Volvo Station Wagon
1985 BMW 325e
1993 Honda Accord
1995 BMW 325i
1990 Pontiac van
2003 Ford Explorer
2005 Honda Accord
2007 Honda Accord (Currently own but don't drive. Have it non-operation. I want to sale but my wife wants to keep because it is reliable. Original owner.)
1998 Jeep Wrangler (Current. Wife wants me sale but I love it even though I don't drive because I mark it as my first big reward I bough myself as a bonus. 2nd owner. )
2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Wife's daily driver. Original owner)
2016 Jeep Wrangler (My current daily driver 2nd owner.)

Where I lived in CA for two decades you could have easily been a dual-income school teacher/fireman couple with $200k worth of leased cars, lol. That actually is a real example from my old neighborhood and our cleaning lady in CA drove a late model Lexus RX330. :)

While single for 7 years after college I drove a few different used sports cars but none were worth more than $10k. I then drove base model minivans or mid-size SUV's as company cars from 1997 until I retired in 2018.

My wife and I have together bought 9 vehicles since we got married 26 years ago and the last 5 on the list we still own. All these were for my wife to drive(other than my daughter's Bug) as I was driving company vehicles until I inherited her Tesla in 2018 when I retired. My daughter drives the Bug and my son drives my wife's old A4. The other Audi we bought from my wife's mom to leave at our Florida condo as she was going to trade in for only $17k with 31,000 miles on it and it saves us from spending a few thousand dollars a year on rental cars.

I'm about to buy my first new vehicle at age 55 when I order a Bronco later this month. I've had my license for 39 years so I figure me choosing a new vehicle is a bit overdue. I can gaurantee it won't be white as all the cars purchased new and one of the used cars on the list below are white - my wife's favorite car color. :)

95 VW Cabrio used
2002 Audi A4
2004 Cadillac SRX used
2008 Buick Enclave

2014 Audi A4
2015 Tesla Model S
2015 VW Bug Convertible used
2018 Range Rover diesel
2014 Audi A4 used
