Iberico Ham Chips?

Probably pretty good. I would like some iberico ham chips made of actual ham it would be almost like thin sliced jerky. Those would be fire.

We get Canadian Ham crisps made by a company called Seabrooks and they are nice

I think I'm disappointed to find out they're not made of ham. But I'd definitely give it a shot. In favor of potato chips in any form or flavor.
