Wouldn't want to be in a liberal place so that leaves out the whole west coast and the northeast. No snow so that leaves out the whole northern part of the country. Guess I'm down to where we're at in central Fl, one stoplight, orange groves and a few gators. The other option is south Texas because I have family there. Like NC but colder than I like in the winter.

Would next door to Al at The Hideaway be an option?
Key West! My wife and I love it there. Preferably the south side of the island...much quieter.

I haven't traveled a whole lot but I absolutely loved my time in the Northwest...Oregon or Utah. I could easily see myself there.
Maybe even Montana. Solitude sounds fun.
