Impact bag

Do any of you use an impact bag? What drills do you use it for?

I have one. I used it for a bit but it’s sat for quite sometime. I couldn’t say if it made a difference. Honestly I didn’t give it enough time.

I just bought one this week. I use it to try and eliminate the flip move at impact. That is my bad swing move and I’m hoping the impact bag can help eliminate it.

I have one, and like most training aids, I don't use it consistently. It is worthwhile though.

I had to google what an impact bag is... guess I don’t have one! And they don’t look fun to hit!
