Introducing WellMXS Grips

There was a separate item for the midsize grip. It had its own six different color schemes for the hyper.

I should’ve grabbed at least one haha.
 
Wow, I only bought 6. Must have been a hot item. Totally lucked into it.

WellMXS got back to me, and made things right. Apparently their shipping software recommended USPS as the fastest option, and it was untrackable even to them. They should have arrived 3-4 days ago.They had not seen this before, so they are reshipping and throwing in a bonus grip.

Tried these out this week and I'll admit, I'm officially curious.

They definitely look cool and feel great.

The remaining grips I needed just arrived. Now I will have a full bag of WellMXS grips.

I do like the feel of the hyper a bit more than the super, but they are both excellent. The hyper feels a bit more “grippy” to me, but the grip from both is excellent. The super would be closer to a traditional feeling grip non-corded grip, but way, way more grippy.
 
I threw a Super on my driver before I packed up my clubs for vacation. Played three rounds over the last 3 days, and really like it. Not only is it incredibly tacky, but I think it's the most comfortable grip I've ever used. It's both soft and firm. Now I need to spend another $200+ on more grips.

Couple of questions for the thread (and I did try searching first).
I picked up a Hyper Midsize in Black/Gray.

I usually play Midsize Lamkin St+2 grips, when I have a Hyper installed, can I add tape under the bottom grip to make it less tapered or is it already less tapered?

And cleaning can be done with a magic eraser?

I used Dawn and water, but the truth of the matter is, even with no cleaning they last for seemingly ever.
 
For those playing different tapers, wanted to say I spoke to someone with WellMXS and have some info.

One important note is that taper is a lot like shaft flex to some degree because every company measures a bit different.

The Hyper is styled on a traditional taper, so if someone is coming from a +2, +4, LT (and may not even know it), these would feel smaller in the lower hand. That said, they can still accommodate tape buildup.
